Understand how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for your bookings.
Last updated: July 2026
Cancellation terms for bookings made through Demand Setu depend on the property, room type, and rate plan selected at the time of booking.
The applicable cancellation policy is displayed before payment and included in your booking confirmation email and voucher.
Some rates include free cancellation until a specified date and time before check-in (typically 24–72 hours prior, or as stated on the booking page).
If you cancel within the free cancellation window, eligible bookings receive a full refund to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable fees clearly disclosed at checkout.
Discounted or promotional rates may offer partial refunds or may be non-refundable. These conditions are shown before you confirm payment.
No-shows, early departures, or cancellations after the stated deadline may result in charges up to 100% of the booking value, as per the property’s policy.
To cancel or request changes, contact Demand Setu at +91 8353056000 or [email protected] with your booking reference.
If you are signed in, you may also manage eligible bookings from the My Bookings section on our website.
Modification requests (dates, guest names, room type) are subject to property availability and may affect pricing.
Approved refunds are initiated after the property confirms cancellation. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Demand Setu is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment processors once a refund has been initiated.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events, properties may offer alternative dates, credits, or refunds at their discretion.
Demand Setu will assist in communicating with the property on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the property’s stated policy.
